About the Event

The 2014 Capital City Ball will be held Saturday, November 22 at City Tavern Clubin Georgetown. Proceeds from the 2014 Ball will benefit important and innovative work in the fight against human trafficking and modern-day slavery. The evening will be an elegant and fun black-tie gala with a cocktail buffet, open bar, a silent auction and a great band for dancing.


Live music will be provided by Bittersweet, an eleven-piece, high energy dance band that performs regularly at exclusive events throughout the Washington area.

Hot & Cold Hors d’oeuvres will be available to enjoy throughout the event as well as an open bar. Please be aware that there will be no alcohol served to anyone less than 21 years of age.

Silent Auction

A variety of items will be available for bid, including artwork, sports tickets, hand crafted objects, collectibles, dinners at fine restaurants, and electronic equipment. Items donated on behalf of Global Centurion Foundation for the silent auction will directly benefit Global Centurion Foundation’s important work to fight human trafficking by targeting demand.
